AURA offers returns on eligible products. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you can request a return.

Damaged/defective products are eligible for return.

Wrong product received can be returned.

Product should be unused and in its original condition.

Return request should be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Refund/replacement will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected.
